  32. Maybe. but most of the Borland or MS specific questions are not on 
  33. the subject of the C++ language, and rarely are they on the use of 
  34. the IDE.  Instead, most BC/MSVC questions concern OWL and MFC.

  40. So, IMHO, the answer isn't to split the newsroup but to direct the
